MY RECOMMENDATIONS


First of all, I definitely think that the most frustrating thing for a user is to try navigating on a slow page. Companies should work on their page speed. 
Also, they should definitely use images and videos to add content and value to what they are trying to sell/tell as well as bullets which are more catchy. Moreover, the use of hyperlink is also really important because it catches the users' eyes. 
A website page should also be consistent and keep the same format, font size, headings, colors, etc.
